Repair and Refurbishment
Commsplus TR are headset and telephony specialists. Our technical team repair and refurbish a vast range of products including headsets from all manufacturers, analogue telephones and terminals from many of the UK's leading telephony systems. Plantronics and GN Netcom products represent our main volumes in headset repairs.

Test facilities
All units received are tested and diagnosed in our own premises. All faulty units are fully tested repaired and refurbished with a final test being carried out to ensure that the instruments are working satisfactorily.

Warranty
All repaired units carry a 3-month warranty.

Collection and delivery
Units for repair can be collected and delivered at no additional cost provided there are 10 or more items for repair. A small charge is levied for a collection and delivery service for smaller quantities.

New Headset and Telephone Sales
In addition to the specialist repair and refurbishment business, Commsplus TR are distributors for Altesys headsets and ATL telephones, both suppliers chosen for their reliability and superb value for money.

Health and Safety
All refurbished headsets are returned complete with new ear pads, voice tubes and bagged to comply with Health and Safety requirements.
